If you missed the April 15th deadline, you cannot contribute to the HSA for the previous year. You can still make contributions for the current year, up until April 15th of next year.
Unfortunately, you cannot pay your monthly healthshare contributions from your HSA. You can of course pay for any other out of pocket expenses, such as IUAs, or Dr. visit fees, from your HSA.
