The HSA Secure plan is best if you are interested in the financial benefits of an HSA, and are mainly worried about major medical bills, not doctor visits. The netWell Elite+ is a great plan if you want preventive care and some doctor visits, in addition to hospitalization, surgery, and other large expenses.
